Return Policy
You may return Baby-Comp / Lady-Comp within 14 days of delivery for a full refund,
if it is unused and packed in the original packaging including any accessories
and manuals shipped with the product. Returns after 14 days will be subject to
a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be completed with in 30 days. A copy of
the original invoice must be included with the return. Shipping costs, duties,
interest of financed orders and brokerage fees are non-refundable. All fees
associated with returning products to our facility are the responsibility of the customer.
Billing & Payment
American Express payments are subject to conversion to Canadian dollars using
the respective exchange rate on the day your card is charged for the purchase.

VISA or MasterCard will be billed according to the currency you select during
the order process. You may also pay by or money -order or by cheque.
If paying by cheque a 7 day hold on your order applies.

Shipping & Duties
For ALL orders allow up to 48 hours for processing, excluding Saturday & Sunday.
Included shipping for orders in north America is handled by FedEx Ground.
Internationally we ship orders by Parcel Post or Fedex Express at our option.
Any customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees for shipments charged during the
delivery and after the original sale, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Such fees are almost never charged for items entering the USA. NaturalMethods.com
may from time to time accept such charges on your behalf, allowing ourselves to
be billed directly. However any such charges remain the responsibility of the
purchaser and the purchaser will be invoiced for such fees. The purchaser in
placing an order agrees to having such charges automatically applied to the same
credit card as provided for the purchase of the product that was shipped.
For delivery you may select to upgrade to a Next Day Courier option. We currently
use FedEx Express. Orders placed for delivery within Canada & USA allow 24 hours
from time of shipment for your order to arrive (allow up to 48 hrs for processing).
International destinations outside N.America allow 48-72 hours from time of
shipment. If you provided a functional e-mail address you will receive an e-mail
confirming your shipment and providing you with a tracking number. NaturalMethods
accepts no responsibility for incorrectly submited e-mail addresses or service
interuptions by your ISP or e-mail service. NaturalMethods is also not responsible
for delays due to influences outside of it's own control such as regulatory delays
by customs or delays caused by improper routing or scheduling by the shipping
company or any other such problem outside our direct control. We are not
responsible for delays caused by your inability to accept a package due to
incorrect address, rerouting to a new address or due to no one being available
to accept the package.
