Natural Methods will beat any lower advertised internet price by 10% on any fertility monitor we sell. Natural Methods also guarantees that your fertility monitor purchase price will remain at the best price for up to 30 days after your purchase with a limit of one 10% discount per customer. To advise us of a lower price before you purchase you must place your order by phone. To place a discounted order please call us at 519-941-7008. If you find a lower price with in 30 days of your purchase billing date please email our sales department. Be sure to include proof of advertised price in the form of an internet page address where the price appears. We will be happy to credit the original method of payment to match any lower advertised internet price that can be properly verified.

Shipping, Duties & Taxes

It is our goal to ship all orders as soon as possible, pending full or proper payment as well as the receipt and approval of any necessary information or paperwork such as for ship now discounts, finance or lease orders. By submitting payment for your order customer agrees to the following delivery terms. Customer agrees to assume all responsibility related to tracking their order and insuring that it is delivered to them with in 30 days from the order date. Natural Methods accepts no responsibility for undelivered packages that are not declared with in 30 days. If the package has not arrived with in 21 days of the order date customer agrees to notify Natural Methods by speaking with a live agent (voice messages are not sufficient for notification). Packages received damaged or with missing items must be photographed for proof, showing the shipping label in at least one picture. Photographs must be submitted to Natural Methods by email (contact us by phone for address), with reply acknowledgment with in 30 days of the original order. Failure to notify Natural Methods Inc for missing delivery or damaged packages with in 30 days of purchase per conditions above indicates to Natural Methods Inc that you as the customer have received and accept that your order is delivered in good condition and thus indicates your acceptance of all credit card charges and or payments made in relationship to the purchase invoice. For tracking, delivery and in-stock guarantees. Please see below for details;

Our preferred carrier in North America is UPS. In the UK our orders are shipped by Parcel Force, and serviced through a special agreement with the local UK distributor. For all orders shipped via UPS, tracking numbers will be provided by e-mail, which will be sent from UPS.com. By placing an order the customer agrees to allow Natural Methods to provide their e-mail address to UPS for the purpose of delivering tracking information. Some orders may be shipped by Parcel Post or EMS based on the shipping option selected at time of purchase. Tracking numbers for EMS or postal shipments will be kept on file and can be obtained from Natural Methods by phone. Any customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for shipments charged during the delivery and after the original sale, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please purchase using the store set up for your local currency. The country indicated on the delivery address provided on your order must match your local currency and local store to insure proper disclosure of pricing, taxes and to protect you against additional delivery fees. Orders placed on a store where the currency does not match the country on the shipping address may be subject to additional fees and or taxes. If additional taxes must be collected the order will be held until such taxes are paid and such orders will be excluded from any delivery guarantee. Such fees are the purchasers sole responsibility. Natural Methods always prepares shipments with the best interests of the customer in mind. Natural Methods lawfully works to help our customers avoid or minimize duties and taxes where lawfully possible. In most cases there are no duties or additional taxes charged on the majority of our shipments to the USA. International and Canadian shipments are subject to VAT, GST, PST or HST taxes where applicable. If additional fees are charged on shipments it is usually due to regulatory involvement in the clearance of a package, which may occur from time to time. Regulatory bodies may add fees for their services. Should UPS request additional fees we recommend that you refuse the package and then immediately call our office. Natural Methods will then contact UPS to learn more about the charges. At our own discretion, if we feel that the circumstances warrant our involvement, Natural Methods may accept such charges on your behalf as a favor. By contacting and advising Natural Methods of any additional charges, the customer and or consignee accept all responsibility associated with the paying of such fees and agree to release Natural Methods of any responsibility or liability associated with the paying of such fees. This includes any tax related issues that may arise and be imparted upon the purchaser for the acceptance of the package or payment of any fees associated with a package, that may occur either immediately or in the future. Natural Methods also reserves the right to pass on such fees automatically by applying them to the same credit card or method of payment as provided for the original purchase.

Delivery Guarantee

For the delivery of your order you may choose to upgrade your shipping to the 3 Day or Next Day options. When you select the 3-Day or Next Day delivery options (shipped via UPS) with your purchase and you pay for your order in a single payment, then Natural Methods will guarantee delivery of your order within North America. We guarantee delivery in 3 business days with the 3-Day service option or with in 36 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, when you select the Next Day service option. The guarantee starts 12 hours after your payment is received in full excluding holidays and weekends. If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame then Natural Methods will refund the full cost of the shipping fee to you, excluding handling costs and Natural Methods will still arrange to deliver the product to you as originally requested on the order. The following limitations apply to this guarantee: Natural Methods is not responsible for delays due to influences outside of its own control such as regulatory delays by customs or delays caused by improper routing or scheduling by the shipping company or any other such problem outside Natural Methods' direct control. We are not responsible for delays caused by your inability to accept a package due to incorrect address, rerouting to a new address or due to an incorrect address including incorrect zip or postal code, or due to no one being available to accept the package. Proof of performance for this guarantee will be referenced to the date the package is picked up by the courier.

In-Stock Guarantee

Natural Methods guarantees that all fertility monitors will be in stock and ready to ship with in 24 hours on regular business days and with in 72 hours over weekends and holidays, from the time of order on single payment purchases. If your single pay order can not be shipped on time because the item is out of stock temporarily Natural Methods Inc will give you a 5% discount upon request and will ship your order with next day delivery when the item is restocked.

On finance or lease / rent orders the product is guaranteed to ship with in 48 - 72 hours of receipt of all your finance documents by fax. Financing must be approved and receipt of fax must be confirmed to qualify for guarantee. If your finance or lease / rent order can not be shipped on time because the item is out of stock temporarily Natural Methods Inc will credit or cancel the last and final payment on your plan upon request.

Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Before returning an item please call our service desk for an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without a pre-authorized RMA number. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned at the purchasers expense whether the item is a return for refund or an exchange. A copy of the original invoice or a copy of the RMA or the customer ID number must be enclosed as indicated on a the start up tips sheet. Including any of these items acts as proof of purchase. You may return any fertility monitor within 14 days after receipt for a full refund less shipping costs and cost of a new sensor (in the USA/Canada the new sensor fee only applies if the sensor has been removed from it's sealed package, and if financed, less any non refundable fees related to financing. The monitor must be returned in it's original condition, packed in the original unmarked packaging including any accessories and manuals shipped with the product. Failure to return all items in their original condition will result in additional fees. The amount of the fee will be based on the retail cost associated with replacing any damaged or missing item. Returns received 15 days or more after delivery and with in 30 days of purchase will be subject to a variable restocking fee plus shipping and sensor as well as any other fees* paid on your behalf. The restocking fee will be 15% unless otherwise stated. Any differences in the restocking fee will be posted in the "included" or "about the product" link under each item as found on each store page (this feature does not appear on our LadytoBaby store). Refunds for layaway and finance orders not yet shipped will be processed less any non refundable Paypal processing fees, that occur when a payment is more then 60 days old. After 60 days the fees Paypal charges a retailer can no longer be retrieved and returned as a refund. Any payments being refunded that are more then 60 days old will be returned to the purchaser as a payment. Payments sent to a purchaser for the purpose of a refund of payments over 60 days old, may be subject to an additional processing fee which the purchaser is responsible for and agrees to pay as part of any order cancellation or refund request. *Extra costs incurred in accepting your return such as customs duties, taxes, handling fees and brokerage fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser also agrees as acknowledged by making payments toward their purchase that any additional fees as described above may be billed to the purchasers credit card immediately or at a later date if additional invoices are received from customs brokers or other agents related to the return of the item or order. FemCap's may not be returned due to health regulations. All FemCap sales are thus final.

Warranty

The manufacturer's warranty covers the original purchaser of Lady-Comp for 2 years, Pearly for 1 year, Baby-Comp for 3 years, OvaCue for 1 year as well as Persona for 1 year against any defects in workmanship. Product purchase includes access to Basic Help Desk for Start Up Support as well as Product Warranty Support for the duration of the warranty (see Help Desk section for further details). All warranties unless upgraded do not include parts. See additional notes on excluded items at the bottom of this paragraph. Most fertility monitor warranties can be upgraded at the time of purchase to longer terms where the options are made available. Natural Methods assumes any additional years of warranty or specific coverage you may select as an option. All warranties are non transferable through resale of the product unless the new owner pays for either an Ownership Transfer Package (applicable if you have the details of the previous owner and it was purchased from Natural Methods Inc) or a Service Setup Package (applicable if you do not know who the previous owner was or if you purchased from a source other then Natural Methods Inc). There is no expiry for the Ownership Transfer or Service Setup support packages. Purchase of an Unlimited or Product help desk package will also qualify you for product support while the subscription is active. The only other exception for resale with out a package is for authorized Natural Methods resellers.

Natural Methods will support product purchased from any source if the current owner purchases either of the following:

  • For monitors originating from Natural Methods.
    Ownership Transfer Package Previous owner details required.

  • For any monitor purchased anywhere.
    Service Setup Package. No proof required.


  • All items supplied by Natural Methods must be returned to Natural Methods to receive warranty repair. Proof of any additional warranty coverage must be stipulated in writing on your invoice or on the Start-up Tips booklet provided to you at the time of delivery. Please keep your invoice or Start-up Tips with your customer ID# as your proof of purchase. BEFORE RETURNING any item please CALL OUR SERVICE DESK FOR an RMA NUMBER. In the event a repair would be required, we reserve the right to replace or repair any unit as we see fit after inspection. The manufacturer does not provide warranty on the following parts: the sensor, plug or internal battery for all devices. As a courtesy, Natural Methods will cover these parts for the first 30 days after shipping. Shipping charges are NOT covered by the warranty. In order to service any product a valid credit card number is required or a sufficient deposit. Any additional fees paid by or billed to Natural Methods Inc related to the return shipping of any warranty item, is the responsibility of the product owner unless terms otherwise stipulate that shipping is included. Any such extra fees will be billed and must be paid in full prior to Natural Methods releasing product to the client.

    Help Desk

    Is a support service for fertility monitoring and natural birth control products. Your Help Desk option must be selected at the time of purchase. Product purchase includes access to Basic Help Desk for Start Up support as well as Product Warranty support. Additional support that goes beyond the product warranty that is post warranty or involves Personal Care Consulting with issues such as Hormone Health and Fertility support requires an additional consultation fee either on a per call basis or on a yearly subscription basis. Help Desk includes contact by phone and or email.

    Lease / Rental Disclaimer

    As with any rented / leased item the computer portion of the fertility monitor may have been previously used before. If a monitor was used previously, then all oral or vaginal sensors attached to it are replaced with new parts prior to it's next use. Buy out cost and terms can be found on the bottom of your lease contract. If you wish to buy out a lease, Natural Methods will gladly advise upon request by phone if your monitor was used before it was leased and shipped to you. If the monitor was previously used, Natural Methods will gladly offer to exchange the item, replacing it with a brand new monitor upon full payment of your buy out. Exchange does not include sensors. Shipping costs associated with any exchange must be paid by the customer and will be added to the buy out price if an exchange is requested. To qualify customers must request exchange of product before the buy out is initiated. No exchanges after buy out is completed.

    General Disclaimer
